Lower back exercises: exercises for back pain relief
There are lots of exercises that you can do for lower back pain relief. This is one of my favourites as it is simple and effective, and works both the front of pelvis and the lower back.
I send this one to a lot of my patients- it is important to try and get a few minutes of “homework” in between sessions to keep your joints moving.
