Massage gun uses

Often as part of a treatment, I will use a deep muscle massager gun. This is a handheld massage tool which applies pulses of concentrated pressure deep into your muscle tissue.

It can help relieve joint soreness and muscle tension. There are different heads that can be used on it, depending on where it is being used. Mainly I will use it to complement a treatment that I have been doing on the affected area.

Some patients love it! It’s a great adjunct to osteopathic treatment.
